Designed for Scouts, Church Groups, Schools and other small and large groups.
How it Works – 2 Part Training
In Part 1, students are given access to the Babysitter Boot Camp® virtual training program where students review training videos at their own pace on the Babysitter Boot Camp site. After each section, students have a quiz for review.
Part 2 is the In-Person summary review of the Babysitter Boot Camp Program with the Scout/ Group leader. Once all students have completed Part 1, Group leaders can plan for the Summary meeting. A step-by-step Summary Review Guide along with a PowerPoint is included in the Virtual Workshop Group Package.
The Summary Guide provides both a 45 Minute review option and 2 hour review summary option depending on how much time the Group Leader has allotted for training. The summary guide includes discussion points and allows for group leaders to include any additional points they would like to include in the Summary Review. Virtual workshop group packages provide students the Babysitter Boot Camp® experience in a setting that is comfortable around familiar faces and leaders they trust

If your child wants to earn their own money, learn the basics of business, gain respect and begin building a reputation for being professional and responsible, then enroll them in the Babysitter Boot Camp® workshop and get them started in their first business! Designed for Boys and Girls ages 10 -17, the Babysitter Boot Camp® workshop provides soon-to-be-babysitters and Mother Helpers with everything they need to be a confident, safe and effective babysitter.
Participants learn how to interview with parents, how to review house rules including bedtimes, snacks, homework, friends, TV, age-appropriate games plus an array of expectations. Safety issues are our main focus. We train on indoor and outdoor safety, kitchen safety and providing a child safe environment.
Students learn how to deal with fussy children and new babysitters will become comfortable in dealing with EpiPens, inhalers, first aid, nose bleeds, sprains, cuts, bee stings, burns and more.
Giving your child the proper tools to be successful in their first business venture will follow them throughout their lifetime. Learning about responsibility, accountability, etiquette, time management, and emergency management will get them started on the right foot. For both Guys and Girls 10-18 year of age Babysitter Boot Camp teaches Infant and Child Safety, Basic Life Saving Skills including adult/child CPR, signs of choking, how to help a choking victim, First Aid, how to activate and phone your (EMS) Emergency Response Number (911), and Age Appropriate Toys and Games.
